Hospitality Employers Mutual Limited ABN 34 124 091 470 is an Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) authorised insurer, licensed by the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) as a specialised insurer providing workers compensation insurance to the hospitality industry in NSW. It is the insurer in respect of the workers compensation insurance it offers. Insurance is on the applicable insurance policy terms and applications for insurance are subject to underwriting and assessment criteria.
