Third party service providers refers to any provider of services in relation to a workers compensation claim. This includes providers of medical, hospital, rehabilitation, legal and treatment services.
HEM actively manages these providers using a collaborative approach with all parties to ensure an injured worker’s needs are being addressed and the best possible recovery and return to work outcomes are achieved.
Any providers utilised by HEM in the case management process are evaluated against key performance criteria such as efficiency, cost effectiveness, qualifications / experience and service outcomes.
