How can we improve our service?

We welcome and value your comments and suggestions about our service. Your views help us understand the needs of some of our service users and improve services. If you have comments or suggestions, or think we could improve any aspect of our service, please let us know. It is also good to know when you think we have done something well or you were impressed by the service you received.

Your feedback is confidential. We will act on what you tell us, but will not identify you or the detail of the issue you raised without your consent.

We deliver services within an operational framework set by relevant legislation. In some cases the issues you raise may be due to these frameworks, in which case we will advise you to contact the relevant statutory body.

We take comments and suggestions into account but the decisions may not always be what you wanted.

Note that compliments will be passed on to our staff member(s) and their manager.
